What school district is the subdivision a part of?
The subdivision is a part of the Pleasant Plains school district. Bus service is available to all schools in that district.

What kind of utilities are available?
The subdivision utilizes CILO gas and electric and CWLP water.

Can I choose my own builder?
Yes. Ryan Homes and Development is the developer for the subdivision and we do build homes, but you may choose your own builder.

Do I have to have my plan approved?
Yes, you will have to submit your plan to the architectural control committee.

Is there a homeowner's association?
Yes. There is one established in all plats except for 6, which will be turned over to the association by the developer when the majority of lots are sold. You can view the association's website here.

What are the minimum square footage requirements?
Single family lots must be 1,850 sq. ft. for ranch style or 2,200 sq. ft. for 2 story, with 15 ft. side yards.
